Shipping
We are UAE based company, Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Dubai and we ship to all GCC regions. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
All orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next working day. Our warehouse and operations are closed on Sunday.
DELIVERY TIMES:
- UAE: next working day on all orders placed before 2pm (AED 20)
- UAE : Same day on orders placed before 12pm ( AED 30)
- GCC: 3-5 Business Days (AED 40 with Aramex tracking)
TAXES & DUTIES:
International orders are shipped through Aramex and are processed on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. Given this, you will be liable to pay any duty costs incurred at the time of delivery, or prior via the Aramex link in order for the courier to release your order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:
Once you submit your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Once the order is on it's way, you will also be notified via email to your entered address.
